[PM seat] domain:devx @ objectstack — 🟢 session_012zGPuVVX3deAx9LdjK8jCk · 9 PRs merged 0 rework · lane 70→65 · decision box 0 · IDLE, queue healthy #6023

Description

@claude

This post is the single authoritative registration for the domain:devx seat in objectstack-ai/objectstack. Index = label:pm:seat. Single-writer: only the sitting PM edits this body; takeover/handover = body edit + audit comment. Readers: this body + only comments later than its last edit. ⛔ Never infer liveness from updated_at or the title. Role charter: .claude/skills/pm-dispatch/references/lanes/.

1. Current PM — 🟢 session_012zGPuVVX3deAx9LdjK8jCk · seated 2026-09-03T10:46Z · lane IDLE at 22:4xZ

Seated on the 10:32:59Z closing briefing (a release marker, not a lock); round-open marker 5524569551. Routine handover, not a reclaim.

Concurrency 5 STANDING. Live devs 0 / 5. 0 in-flight PRs of this seat, 0 pm:dispatched, 0 half-states, decision box 0.
Only open devx PR: #15088 (governed) — green, draft, ⛔ never armed by this seat, awaiting a human merge.
Patrol trig_01G6oJx7cDu9DmoPPkdvjdGS → 23:20Z.

2. Board — 9 PRs merged this shift, zero rework, zero evictions charged, lane 70 → 65

PR card(s) close-out (all probed on origin/main after a re-fetch)
#14856 #14008 + #13825 3 sites use the frame constant; census 7→8; superseded sentence 1→0 with both controls; rider 退1→退3
#14853 #13798 b2 landed hunk verified; merge commit an ancestor
#14872 · #14896 #13799 b1b · b1c 18/18 and 30/30 rosters; census 92 vs 44 stale = 48 = 18+30 exactly
#14934 #14645 cron '0 3 * * *'
#14941 #14901 row retyped; ⭐ default cell verified still false — the half correctly refused
#15003 #13799 b2 13/13 rosters; floor 17 survived the conflict merge; hotcrm intact; census 92→105
#15085 #14878 (ruling D) + #14873 both pins SCANNED_ROOTS=['packages']; ⭐ guard self-proving (asserts it finds itself); stack.zod.ts actionObjectKey=0 with the rename as control; history reworded
#14835 measurement card, pr: null, ACCEPT + closed

⭐ Five premise falsifications — four of them this seat's own, each with its fix

  1. [finding] 10 packages still hide their own tests from tsc — measure the include-narrowing vs exclude-narrowing split, then rule where the guard belongs #14835 — the gate the card wanted already existed and was already spelling-agnostic. B/C/D fell to measurement, not adjudication. ⛔ Its 10/0 split is a timing accident: an exclude-shaped guard passes all 10 today and would have passed packages/cli yesterday.
  2. [finding] content/docs/data-modeling/field-types.mdx states unique as boolean, default false — wrong scope vocabulary, and wrong default for autonumber after #13894 #14901 — mine. I passed through the card's "after autonumber 业务标识字段默认不唯一,可铸重号 —— 裁定:默认唯一(租户复合形状),显式退出才不唯一 #13894" claim untested; autonumber 业务标识字段默认不唯一,可铸重号 —— 裁定:默认唯一(租户复合形状),显式退出才不唯一 #13894 was never merged. ⇒ A finding filed from inside another card's unmerged branch describes a FUTURE tree; every "after #X" premise needs #X re-read at dispatch.
  3. [finding] A removal-time guard for deleted exported symbols still named as live — the per-symbol pin PR #14667 built could not see five of them #14878 — mine. I dispatched saying "no ruling" when one existed (09:03Z). Root cause: read the body, not the comments. ⇒ A ruled-and-requeued card is label-identical to a never-ruled one. Read comments to the LAST page, always. Mitigated only because it was dispatched read-only.
  4. Four scripts/** gates hit by the #13489 survey were excluded by occupancy — carry them forward #13800 — mine, the worst. My acceptance marker was incomplete: the verdict handshake landed in three spellings (sentinel 81 / flag 77 / helper 1) and I told the dev one of them "is not the name". Two of four files were already repaired. ⇒ Controlling that a marker discriminates proves the query WORKS, not that it is COMPLETE. Read the landing commit and ask how many spellings it used.
  5. test(objectql, runtime): widen the deleted-member absence pin from one file to the tree #15085 — mine, twice in two commands. Two-dot git diff A B invented a phantom 14th file, then reported all 13 as conflicting when GitHub said clean. ⇒ A...B for "what does this PR change"; git log --format= --name-only B..A for "what did main touch since". GitHub's mergeable_state outranks local derivation.

#14878: refusing to re-rule is what produced the right answer

Originally ruled B. The measurement this seat dispatched showed B catches 3 of 5 references and 1 of 2 cards (the #14873 mentions were written 1h41m after the deletion by a descendant PR, so a post-image gate is structurally blind to them) at 2% precision, 85/148 reports landing on artifacts the retirement route mandates. Reported as a fork — ⛔ not implemented, ⛔ not re-ruled here — and the maintainer withdrew B and adopted D, the option the card never considered. D landed.

⭐ NEW STANDING RULE — a derived gate family is NOT a complete account of what CI runs

check:pm-dispatch-gates sits in the always-runs tail (workflows with no path filter) and is absent from the derivation — measured: dispatch-gates --commands scripts/cross-package-test-inputs.mjs returns zero hits. That is how #15085 went red after a fully green local family.
Every dispatch must carry: a diff that edits a gate or tool script also owes that script's own suite, whether or not the derivation names it.

🔴 Decision box — 0 (was 4; the maintainer ruled all four mid-shift)

#14878D 15:53Z · #14569A1 15:53Z · #13690C 17:18Z · #13503A 17:18Z. All pm:queue. ⛔ Read each ruling to the last page before dispatching.
pm:awaiting-maintainer: #14324, #13014.

📌 Dispatchable now

#14569 (A1 — also unblocks #13798 b3's check-type-check-coverage.mjs half and #14943) · #13690 (C) · #13503 (A) · #13799 next batch (56 files, per-file measured reasons in #15003's body — ⛔ do not re-derive) · #15097 (widen the #14878 pin to the full ruled radius; needs the dispatch-gates residue measurement redone first, ⛔ editing that self-test case is not the repair).
scripts/pm/dispatch-gates.mjs stays DEFERRED in any #13799 batch: it qualifies on shape, which is what makes it a trap — its self-test reads its own source and its path-literal extractor reads battery NAMES containing scripts/** as declared populations (23 literal(s)/2992 files26/3116).
#13798's blocked list is 14, not the 12 first recorded (check-adr-symbol-anchors.mjs, symbol-anchors.mjs also qualify).
Still blocked: #13788 / #14193 / #14279 behind #14277's human gate · #14653 behind #14932 · #14701 needs Docker · #13611 needs a CI-runner reading · #11730 is a [Decision] card.

📥 Cards filed this shift

Mine: #14932 (a dropped maintainer-ruling duty the previous shift never discharged) · #14942 (skills lane) · #14943 (pm:blocked on #13798) · #15097 (the #14878 radius residual).
Dev-filed, bare for triage: #14940 · #14961 · #14962 ⚠️ a real defect in already-landed code · #14963 · #14968 · #15090.

⚠️ Standing observations

  • baozhoutao names the shared ACCOUNT, never a principal. A dev report attributed this seat's own ready-flip to "the maintainer". Identity lives in the session ID in a claim body — ⛔ never read an action by that account as a human's.
  • REST PATCH /pulls/{n} {"draft":false} returns HTTP 200 and leaves draft: true. draft→ready and enable_pr_auto_merge are MCP-only; GraphQL is proxy-403 (which also kills mergeQueue reads). Always read draft back. MCP flaps — retry it, ⛔ never seek a substitute. REST ($GH_TOKEN) has an independent quota and carried every read/label/comment/issue-creation today.
  • An evicted PR is not automatically a re-queue candidate. test(scripts): give 13 more self-tests a battery roster and floor #15003's eviction was a merge conflict (own CI green, never got a merge-group build — verified against a positive control, mergeable_state: dirty). A re-queue cannot fix a conflict; the one non-self-caused re-trigger stayed unspent.
  • Distinguish queued-and-waiting from evicted by the timeline removal event, never by a missing gh-readonly-queue ref (the queue caps at 5). auto_merge: no on a queued PR is not a disarm; ⛔ never re-arm a queued PR.
  • ⚠️ A dev ending its turn with "gates running under a background watcher" is a STALL — reset to foreground immediately, no threshold.
  • Three consecutive 529 Overloaded deaths killed 155 of 158 scripts/** self-tests have no assertion floor: a battery that never ran is indistinguishable from one that passed #13799 b2 with zero survival; the cloud seat logged 4 more incl. a solo re-dispatch ⇒ fleet-wide. Fix was ordering, not tier: push the branch after the FIRST file. The 4th attempt then ran 70 min and delivered. ⛔ Never drop tier to dodge capacity.
  • Job logs are proxy-blocked (HTTP 000/403); only check-run annotations and job steps are readable — the failing step name is usually enough to locate a red.
  • Enqueue eligibility = every check green, never the required subset. The shared checkout is a STALE TREE.

3. Hot-file serial queue

file / surface held by
scripts/check-type-check-coverage.mjs #13798 b3 holds it; #14943 queued behind — read #14943 before taking b3
scripts/pm/dispatch-gates.mjs free — #14189 landed in R2; #14290 still on hold
NEW scripts/check-i18n-walk-parity.mjs + fixture + package.json + lint.yml step #14653 (PR #14763) — decision RULED 08:29Z; PR stays DRAFT until #14932's settings emitter is on main
scripts/** self-test dispatch sites FREE#13798 b2 (PR #14853) landed 12:00:25Z
scripts/** self-test bodies, Tier B roster wiring FREE — b1b (PR #14872) + b1c (PR #14896) landed 12:00:25Z. 108 files still without a roster; next batch must stay disjoint from #13798 b3
scripts/check-i18n-coverage.mjs, check-i18n-bundles.mjs, packages/cli/scripts/check-app-nav-i18n.mjs FREE#14008+#13825 (PR #14856) landed 11:08:21Z
docs/adr/** (governed) #14277 at human gate (+#14274's append-only 0080 amendment) — then #13788

⚠️ Every scripts/** dispatch runs check:ratchet-remedy-authority + check:declared-population-live regardless of derivation; check:pm-dispatch-gates (~11.5 min) exceeds the foreground cap — devs declare UNRUN when no path overlap; CI runs it unconditionally.

⛔⛔ DISPATCH-TIME ROUTING GUARD (docs cards): 215 of ~404 content/docs/** pages are GENERATED from packages/spec — instrument = FILE-HEAD banner. Generated page cards belong to domain:spec.

Surviving rules: re-derive never recall; every check green ⛔ not required subset; timeline added_to_merge_queue is the only queue witness; auto-close strips no labels; labels filter is OR; zeros need known-hit controls; read-modify-write + comparative read-back per label write; governed = docs/adr/** .claude/** skills/** AGENTS.md CLAUDE.md (⛔ NOT .github/workflows/, scripts/**, .gitattributes); clause-② single source = CONTRACT_REVIEW_TIER; pack-smoke judges by release-branch head commit status; L/XL rides cloud lane; shared checkout is a STALE TREE — executing acceptance probes run in a throwaway worktree at origin/main; exit 3 = PREREQUISITE NOT MET = NOT MEASURED, never a pass.
