[ENHANCEMENT] Clean up resources when deleting a project.

- In #67 comments, @platanus-kr mentioned the issue of orphaned resources remaining in a project.

**Motivation**
- Verify whether orphaned resources remain after deleting a project, and prevent them from persisting.

**Proposal**
- Ensure project deletion also removes all associated resources, leaving the project in a clean state.
