Releases Socket Python CLI 2.6.11 and updates the default reachability engine from
@coana-tech/cli15.10.28 to 15.10.32.The pin in
DEFAULT_COANA_CLI_VERSION(reachability.py) drives default--reach/--reach-versionbehavior; docs and changelog are aligned.--reach-version latestor an explicit semver are unchanged.Engine behavior details are in the Coana changelogs; this PR does not change Socket scan logic beyond which Coana version ships with the CLI.
